Britany Goyen & Brittany Mccann
We met early on in our real estate careers and hit it off immediately! We both come from a place of wanting to help others above all else. We chose real estate for the people and continue to love the business for that same reason. We are both moms and are passionate about supporting other parents through our business. We both come from a family of heroes, specifically police, fire, military, and ems. For this reason, we give special benefits back through BB Realty CT's Be A Hero program. Jess was born and raised in Connecticut. She spent her early years in the workforce in varying types of customer service and always dreamed of a career in Real Estate.

Tommy Li
Tommy is a licensed realtor who brings a unique skill set to the table. Tommy is not just a realtor but also doubles as a builder in the state of Connecticut. Tommy started flipping properties with his brother when he was just 18 years old. Together they worked to build an extensive investment portfolio and eventually became licensed General Contractors starting Li Brothers Construction. While they hold some of their new constructions as their own investments they also build for resale and custom homes as well!

Jeff McGlynn
I’m Jeff McGlynn. I’m currently a co-host on a radio morning show in Hartford. I've been working on morning radio for the last 19 years. If you’re a fan of top 40 music you probably know who I am. When I’m not on the air talking all things Kardashians(Kourtney is my favorite)or playing Justin Bieber’s latest single I’m keeping my eye on the Connecticut real estate market.
I've always had a passion for real estate and in 2020 I decided to pursue my dream of helping people find their dream home. I’m so excited to be joining BB Realty CT!
When I'm not in the studio or driving around looking at houses I enjoy playing hockey, doing home improvements, camping, fishing, and spending time with my wife Barbara, daughter Madison, and son Cash at our home in East Hampton.

Joe Aguiar
Joe Aguiar has been a REALTOR® for over 15 years and has also been a fixture on local radio stations in CT since 1997, most recently, as the top-rated morning personality on The River 105.9. Joe is the owner of Clovercrest Media Group, a full-service media company that features a network with 38 podcasts and 14 live stream shows weekly. In addition to teaching broadcasting classes at the CT School of Broadcasting, Joe can be found helping buyers, renters and sellers realize their real estate goals in Wethersfield, Glastonbury, Hartford, Rocky Hill, Meriden, and Wallingford.
Joe grew up in the Meriden/Wallingford area but now calls Wethersfield home. He attended the Honors College of Southern Connecticut State University on a Presidential Merit Scholarship and graduated from the Connecticut School of Broadcasting. In addition to real estate and radio, Joe has been involved with various civic organizations such as the Special Olympics CT, the Boy Scouts of America, For Goodness Sake, and St. Baldrick’s Foundation, and also served on the Board of Directors of the Wethersfield Public Library.

Born and raised in Berlin, CT, Emily earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Policy Practice from UConn Hartford School of Social Work in 2020. With a background in supporting diverse populations—including children with special needs, teens in foster care, and adults facing mental health and addiction challenges—Emily brings a compassionate and client-centered approach to her work. Currently, she serves as a social worker for the Connecticut Homecare Program for Elders, helping seniors 65+ access care that allows them to age comfortably in their own homes.
